Location: Remote with frequent travel

Type: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £40,000-£42,000

We have an exciting new opportunity to appoint a Workforce Operations Manager! This role will see you join our team to support operational capability and delivery. Delivering function by driving and motivating the team against operational targets, continuously challenging future improvements in areas such as process improvement, automation and customer excellence.


Working with the Head of Operations you will be responsible for delivering all elements of operations delivery in line with budget and will actively support the business development functions in the cost and delivery elements of new business and smooth implementation of new contracts secured.

The Operations Manager will support the Head of Operations in the overseeing the onboarding, induction, and training of both clinical and non-clinical staff within our Mental Health, Managed Services, Continuing Healthcare and Assessments operations. You will work with key stakeholders across the NHS and Social Care Managers to create and develop existing relationships and to identify and seek opportunities for CHS to grow.
