We are recruiting for a full time Housekeeping Supervisor to join our housekeeping team.
40 hours per week
Working 5 days out of 7
Weekend and bank holiday working is required.
Key responsibilities:
- Allocating housekeeping daily assignments and ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner through checking, supervising, and carrying out re-coaching where appropriate.
- Checking daily arrivals and ensuring guest’s requests/traces are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Daily Inspection of all Clean/arrival/stayover rooms in designated area. Arrival rooms by 3pm.
- Log all Lost Property found in guest rooms daily in a timely manner ready for collection.
- To be well presented at all times and ensure housekeeping staff are well groomed and wearing their correct uniform in accordance with Company uniform standards.
- Delivering “On Job” training to housekeeping employees.
- Compile Public Area daily assignment sheets.
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in a housekeeping role is essential.
Competent using email and Microsoft office
Enthusiasm, dedication and the ability to work in a team
Excellent customer care and communication skills
The ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a friendly and professional manner
Be well presented and able to remain calm under pressure
