Location: Cardiff – Dynamic

Salary: Up-to £22,486

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

Are you customer service driven with proven business development and sales experience? As a Customer Sales Advisor you will build relationships with our clients and help to drive revenue and growth for The AA Driving School and BSM Driving School.

This is an excellent opportunity for a sale driven individual to work within a growing team, where you will be responsible for converting pre-qualified leads and managing your client portfolio.

What will I be doing?

You will be working closely other parts of the business necessary to facilitate a new customer
acquisition, such as Trainee Account Management, Finance, Fleet, and Instructor onboarding.

  • Converting all possible enquiries received through expert knowledge of the products and services
  • Communicating with new client leads as well as managing own backlog of call-backs or other inbound live daily enquiries
  • Ensuring all Prospect and Sale stages are clearly and correctly updated to facilitate personal and team reporting of overall Sales performance, in line with monthly targets
  • Ensure Treating Customers Fairly is embedded in the culture of the AA to deliver the six customer outcomes of right culture, right information, right delivery, right targeting, right advice, and right post sales treatment

What do I need?

  • Proven telephone sales experience
  • Experience building rapport and understanding over time with potential new customers, providing ongoing support and advice during a potentially long decision-making process
  • Preferably experience of working in a regulated telesales environment, taking care adhere to relevant FCA guidelines on language and script where required
  • Demonstrable experience working with proprietary IT systems for Customer Management and Sales
