Located within the Cairngorm National Park Spey Valley Resort is home to 95 lodges, Restaurant and Bar, full leisure facilities the property is a hub of social activity. Location is everything and there are plenty of reasons to indulge in this picturesque part of Scotland.
Our Head Housekeeper will provide support to the housekeeping team by ensuring that all areas of the business are cleaned and maintained in line with company and guest expectations
Key responsibilities include:
· To provide support to the department in the recruitment, training and review procedures in the department
· To assist in developing, implementing and evaluating policies and core standards
· To carry out departmental checks in accordance with departmental procedures
· To measure team members’ performance and provide feedback as required
· To manage resources within the department in accordance with budgeted and forecasted costs
· To ensure that effective communication takes place with other departments and within the housekeeping department
This position will include working Saturday and Sunday and additional hours may be required to support the resort during our busier periods, including bank holidays.
