We are looking to appoint a motivated and friendly nursery nurse to join us on a part time basis (3 days per week). Candidates will hold a suitable qualification and have recent relevant experience of working in a nursery setting. The successful candidate will be passionate about early years, be able to form positive and caring relationships with our children and encourage them to learn, grow and be confident.
The nursery nurse will assist the nursery teacher in supporting the children in their learning, this includes recording assessments against the EYFS Framework using PCs/iPads, and the successful candidate will be confident in using technology for this purpose. Planning and leading play-based activities and providing a stimulating and attractive environment also form an important aspect of the role. Candidates will be able to demonstrate energy and enthusiasm in all that they do to make a safe and welcoming environment for all the children in our care.
