Job Purpose:

To be passionate about grooming and deliver the highest standards in grooming. Excellent customer service & communication skills to assist with driving sales in salon.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to day running of the salon; all preparatory work and relevant administration
• Active role with hands-on dogs; including but not limited to bathing, drying and nail clipping
• Maintain exceptional Salon Store Standards across all customer facing and ‘back of house’ areas

• Have an active input into salon KPI’s and objectives including providing excellent customer service
• Take part in all training activities to develop grooming and wider salon skills

• Assist in Retail to deliver exceptional customer service when demand allows
• Ensure personal compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Ensure all Health & Safety compliance is up to date within the store legislation
