Report to Plasma Lead Mechanic / Cell Leader.
Perform Plasma operations I.A.W. OEM manuals, including Masking, Grit Blasting, Plasma Spraying and Demasking.
Operating robotic thermal spray machines and PLC grit blast machines.
Complete documentation I.A.W. Company quality procedures.
Understand and conform to EHS/COSHH requirements.
Flexible with the ability to adapt quickly to a challenging and changing environment.
Enthusiastic with a positive attitude to learning Plasma processes.
Experience of Plasma processes would be an advantage but not essential.
Awareness of EH&S, Quality & Production requirements.
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative when required.
Awareness of production requirements within Component Repair.
