Opportunity to lead the expansion of an established, sustainable, B2C brand.
Marketing Director/Brand Leader role with progression to MD-level.
Salary up to £120k, depending on experience.
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Leader to join an established, sustainable brand in the B2C sector. The ideal candidate will be a Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or CMO with a proven track record of brand strategy and customer-centric marketing strategies. Hybrid or mostly-remote (once every few weeks would be ok) with offices easily commutable from the South West region, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, and M4 Corridor.
What you’ll be doing
Owning the development and growth of the brand, including the overarching marketing strategy with a focus on growth and expansion. Ultimately, this person will be the driving force behind the brand. You’ll be able to grow the marketing function and there is a roadmap to MD level for a candidate that wishes to progress in this way. Similarly, we would be interested to hear from candidates who are already at MD or C-level and who come from a Marketing background. Agency-side candidates are also of interest.
What experience you’ll need to apply
Experience as a Marketing leader – Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, CMO or similar, for a sizeable brand, or an agency working with big brands.
Experience working for a Consumer Tech or Telco brand is essential.
Passionate about sustainability and not afraid to challenge the status quo to create a brand that is a genuine force for good.
A mix of Brand strategy and B2C Marketing Strategy experience is a must.
