We are expanding our team in Birmingham and require experienced Support Workers to support our service user
If you are committed, motivated, enjoy delivering one to one support and can build positive relationships with our service users and their families, this could be just the position you’re looking for!
Apollo Home Healthcare are currently recruiting for Support Workers to assist an adult male during the day on a 2:1 basis.
Our service user is in his 60s and lives with his partner in Birmingham. He is a polite chatty individual, who has a cheeky sense of humour and enjoys the company of his care team.
Spending time with his family and grandchildren really brightens his mood and he loves to see them regularly at weekends. He also enjoys listening to music at home, especially Reggae.
We work hard to build close relationships with our service users and their families as we understand the importance that we play in their lives.
Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.
Essential Experience Required
- 3 months previous care experience
- Medication Administration
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling
Desired Experience Required
- Gastrostomy Feeds (PEG)
- Ventilation management
- Nebuliser
- Oral suctioning
We have the following shifts available;
- Full Time / Part Time Days
- 7am-2.30pm
- 2 – 5 Shifts per week
