Job Introduction
Due to our continued business growth we have an exciting new role in our Commercial Team for an experienced Marketing Manager to join and drive us forward by raising our company profile within the digital space.
Reporting to the Buying Director the focus will be to create and implement a brand new integrated marketing strategy for Home Bargains to build brand equity and improve consistency. This will include consideration of; brand, product, service and driving omnichannel customer engagement.
This is truly an exciting ‘blank sheet’ role that can be shaped to the successful candidate's personality, ideas and vision. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter with established media outlet relationships and is confident in reaching out to influencers for collaborations. You will be a creative writer and digital storyteller and able to execute the strategy to drive revenue and deliver on KPI's.
Job Overview
- Develop, manage and implement the strategy and creative content across social media platforms including working with influencers (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok etc.)
- Develop and launch an annual marketing calendar across all channels and markets
- Enhance brand awareness digitally, driving traffic and establishing a sustained customer base
- Work with Buyers and Designers to support category management
- Manage press relationships in driving product placement and external business communications
Minimum Criteria To Apply
- Experienced in enhancing brand awareness digitally, driving traffic and establishing a sustained customer base
- Able to define KPIs and measurement and deliver on these
- Experienced in developing digital strategies
- Able to develop creative content across social media platforms and be a confident digital storyteller
- Creative; working with Buyers and Designers to create look books and social media marketing campaigns
- Confident in managing press relationships, driving product placement and external business communication
