Job title: European Logistics Regional Operations Analyst
Job purpose
We are currently looking for an experience professional to join out team as the European Logistics Regional Operations Analyst for Remove Nyon Trading Partner Project
Operations:
-
Participate to the Nyon Trading Partner removal project for the European / RoW Logistic impacted processes.

Project scope = Take Nyon (ZZZ5) from all trade routes, this means all buy-sell and tolling relationship will move to CTS (ZZZ3)

Project deliverable = Simplify trade routes, standard WOW, re-visit trade routes,
Compliance:
-
Responsible to ensure that Haleon meets the highest level of global compliance for cross border trade within the supply chain activities of all Business Units (e.g. ES, GMS, Commercial, Biologicals, Biopharm and CH).

Implementation of Regulation Changes within the Region, by collaborating with European Logistics Regional Operations teams, European Logistics Regional compliance, internal functions such as Global Tax and Regulatory, and researching through external agencies.

Responsible to ensure that processes meet the Haleon, GxP, Safety, Quality and Finance compliance requirements.

Liaise with the wider Haleon business to ensure that the expected standards are delivered. This role has joint accountability for the setting and realization of the targets.

Work with Regional peers to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of programs using leveraging both internal and external resources.

Support the European Logistics Regional Operations and / or enterprise-wide identified projects/programs (for example ERP)
Key responsibilities:
-
Capture all the trade routes impacted by the change
-
Verify the impact on export / import processes where Haleon is in charge
-
Liaise with KN LCC (Europe and other regions) to gather the potential impacts
-
Liaise with CTS / TP to have the setup ready to have all commercial invoices sent to Move product document solution (DOC SOL) system and flying to KN system
-
List the Nyon TP invoices directly sent by SAP to KN LCC or LSP (PTC should be able to provide the list)
-
Verify if this should be maintained and duplicated on the CTS commercial invoices.

Ensure that we do not have any shipment blocked due to the change
-
Provide operational leadership to the logistics service providers (KN LCC and others when applicable) to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Ensure appropriate communication to sites and customers in case of events impacting the distribution chain

Changes to only financial routes. No change in physical routes, Nyon site and Planzer to operate as BAU. Validation of these assumptions

Ensure export out of Greece and Import of raw material process is in place
-
Communicate on a timely manner with all the stakeholders (Site / KN LCC / Supply hub / EU logistic Operations / Market and Customers)

Qualifications & Skills:

University degree in related field & MBA or equivalent a plus Educated to Degree level or equivalent

Fluent English (oral and written)

Strong knowledge of Excel

3-5 years demonstrated in depth operational experience in international logistics operations

Knowledge of external logistics environment

Extensive knowledge in multi-modals distribution and cross-border regulations

Knowledge of Haleon supply chain, trading partners organizations and sites logistics functions and financial systems

Change management skills and ability to construct business proposals

Strong leadership backed up by considerable influencing abilities

Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of working in a multi-cultural environment
