We are looking for a self-motivated individual to lead successful project delivery strategies using the right methodologies and industry best practice, who will also actively implement ways to improve delivery.
This role will give you the chance to manage a variety of cross-functional teams including Nasstar resources, customers and third party suppliers. It will involve multiple projects, work-streams and components.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Lead on planning and delivery of projects to time, cost, and quality measures, taking account of dependencies and resource requirements
- Consolidate and document the fundamental components of projects (scope, schedule, resource requirements, budgets, risks, opportunities, issues, and quality requirements)
- Tightly control project scope whilst meeting and managing customers' broader expectations within the commercial model
- Responsible for provision and control of project documentation as a primary reference point for tracking and audit purposes
- Monitor project budget, forecast and actual costs, providing early warning of any deviation
- Develop, implement, and update project resource allocation plans (RBAs), working with Professional Services to confirm staff availability and scheduling
What we are looking for:
- Industry Project Management Experience, preferably with IT Infrastructure projects
- Proven experience of delivering multiple concurrent & complex projects in a fast-paced MSP environment
- Minimum Prince2 Foundation, Practitioner and Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of and experience in delivering cloud-based technologies, solutions and services, preferably within the M365 stack
- Experience of M365, networking, server & storage infrastructure, enterprise migrations, EUD, DR, security
- Knowledge of using techniques for planning, monitoring and governance including risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and decisions management
- Able to manage projects budgets, maintaining tight control and concisely articulating budget risks & issues to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
- Proven ability in stakeholder management including C-level executives, and managing delivery of large and complex change programmes/projects
