Business Development Executive
Job Description:
● Contacting potential clients to establish rapport.
● Client Meetings & Sales closure.
● To nurture inbound leads to potential prospects.
● To enhance customers’ experience.
● Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
● Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
● Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
● Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
● Training personnel and helping team members & peers to develop their skills.
● Competition Mapping.
● Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
● Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.
● Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond.
● Effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
● Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
● To understand & execute documentation related to the department & company.
● Have a good understanding of the business's products or services and be able to advise others about them.
● Seek ways of improving the way the business operates.
● Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
Skill sets required:
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to clients.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
Pleasing personality
High on energy and confidence level
Go-getter attitude
Basic knowledge of computers
Excellent questioning and probing knowledge and skills
Desired Candidate Profile:
Any graduate candidate having 1-3 years of experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per month
