This role reports to the EVP, Global Commercial Operations.
As the SVP, GCO Americas, you will have responsibility for the commercial success of the Americas Region and be accountable for its delivery of sales, profit and expense targets. You will have direct responsibility for CDG & LSG Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service and Customer Technical Support. You will collaborate with Supply Chain on behalf of customers and with global support functions – Finance, IT and HR in support of operational effectiveness of the Region. You will partner with the Global Commercial Services organization to implement consistent commercial processes in the areas of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), eBusiness Channel, Strategic Pricing and Contracts and Customer Care. You will identify, hire for and develop next generation of region leadership. In this role, you will need to demonstrate leadership that ensures all aspects of the commercial operation are fully legal, compliant and ethical.
How You'll Make An Impact:

Lead, coach, manage and develop Americas Leadership team with responsibility for commercial operations in: USA, Canada, Mexico and Brazil.
- Determine and execute regional commercial plan in line with global sales strategy and corporate vision and values.
- Achieve sales revenue and DC targets and management objectives for the region.
- Collaborate with supply chain organization to ensure customer satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
- Prioritize key strategic initiatives in collaboration with GCO leadership team and other stakeholders to build optimal organization that enables long term sustainable growth.
- Secure effective relationships with key stakeholders, including key customers and opinion leaders, key management from corporate and supply chain, and the global commercial leadership team.
- Ensures the region adheres to all internal and external legal and policy requirements, including but not limited to SOX, FCPA, management guidelines, ethics policy, et al.
- Identify, hire and develop next generation region leadership.
- Serve as an active member of Global Commercial Leadership team and actively collaborate in shaping and communicating the direction of the organization.
What You Bring:

Bachelor’s Degree required. Advance degree a plus
- 10+ years experience leading a Sales Organization or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven commercial leadership in the healthcare industry, demonstrating ability to align and integrate diverse business teams and functions to ensure they work together to deliver results
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing commercial plans
- Hands-on strategic planning, marketing and sales experience required
- Credible communication style, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity and experience working across functions (Supply Chain, Quality & Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Legal, Ethics and Compliance, HR)
- Entrepreneurial mindset and approach; acts thoughtfully but with a sense of urgency, rolling up sleeves and helping team get work done
- Ability to clearly define objectives and priorities, establishing appropriate milestones, and lead cross-functional teams to meet and exceed goals
- Advanced knowledge of and experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $320,000 to $380,000 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
