Digital Marketing & Fundraising Analytics Officer

Salary: £42,000 per annum plus Inner London Weighting of £3,344 per annum if applicable
The Digital Fundraising team is looking for a skilled Digital Marketing & Fundraising Analytics Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for the development and maintenance of digital performance reporting across online channels in collaboration with other digital teams, bringing together paid, earned and owned media to guarantee a holistic digital channels view, tracking our overall digital performance against our strategic goals
The role
Working with the Digital Fundraising planner and the rest of the the digital fundraising team he role will also support with reporting on digital campaign performance, across all the digital touchpoints and integrating digital metrics from a variety of data sources, to help drive improvements to our marketing and fundraising. This includes working closely with our media agency and Analytics & Insight team to constantly improve our digital campaigns dashboards and ensure that it is fit for purpose.
This role is also jointly responsible for creating and maintaining product and platform reporting for the FRSE Directorate, as well as feeding into cross-directorate reporting efforts. The role will also help teams use and understand Google Analytics and will contribute to digital benchmarking and market research projects.

- Knowledge of delivering and presenting reporting for a range of different stakeholders
- Knowledge of data gathering, transforming and presenting data
- Knowledge of the charity sector, mass engagement, direct marketing and digital marketing
- Experience of working collaboratively with digital marketers and fundraisers to provide high quality actionable insight, informed by campaign results and analysis
- Experience in using web metrics and digital marketing data across different channels to inform decisions
- The ability to understand basic statistical theory and its application in business analytics
- Experience using data visualisation software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
