We have a growing, global network of customers, including Ford, IKEA, HSBC, and Airbus (to name a few!). Now, we’re looking for a bar-raising, story-telling Content Writer to join our team.

The role will include:
- Working closely with the content marketing manager and the head of brand and content to execute the business’ brand and content strategy
- Researching, drafting, editing, and promoting a range of content, including (but not limited to!) articles and blogs, social media content, emails, and customer success stories
- Ensuring content aligns with our Tone of Voice and House Style Guidelines
- Staying in the loop with industry news and trends to identify talking points for our content
- Ideating and delivering creative social media campaigns
- Creating opportunities for remarketing by optimising and reusing existing content as needed
- Using content management systems to build and publish blog content
- Supporting the content marketing team with scheduling and calendar management
- Expanding our community by engaging with our customers and prospects on social media
- Supporting the team with proofing and editing as needed
The ideal candidate will have:

Two+ years experience in web content creation
- Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment
- Experience working in the tech industry
- Knowledge of using Content Management Systems
- Hands-on experience managing social media accounts
- Familiarity with Jira, Asana, and/or Notion
- Experience optimising content for SEO is a plus!
- B2B SaaS experience is preferred
