Editor (Junior/Mid-level)
Description
We are looking for a junior/mid-level Editor to join our team. Our core focus is digital-first social advertising, but we also work across the Corporate, B2B and Branded Content sectors. Working alongside our production and creatives, you will be a key member of the team working on innovative and creative content output.
This new opportunity requires a detail-conscious, creative-driven personality with a positive and upbeat attitude. Excited about collaborating with a dynamic, innovative, and friendly team of Producers and Directors, that will take on exciting and rewarding challenges and help create original output. Given the nature of the role, you will need to be creative, hard-working, ambitious, personable, and able to work autonomously where required.
Duties
Key Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Editing high-quality original content with a focus on digital/social-optimised and engaging content.
- Ability to interpret and expand on a wide range of client briefs, offering creative input and original ideas.
- Creating bespoke edits for different platforms to engage our audiences across social platforms, digital channels, and broadcasts.
- Ensure all video content is delivered on time, and within tight deadlines.
- Manage post-production workflows, finding efficiencies in preparing projects for colour grading, graphics, translations, and multiple deliveries.
- Organise and back up all video assets, including central server management.
- Subtitle and optimise content for international deliveries.
- Create, update, and develop motion graphics assets for video content.
- Research imagery, music, and stock video to support creative treatments and edits.
- Work flexibly and reactively to editorial workflows and shoots.
- Keep up to date and understand the latest trends and developments in video across platforms and devices.

Experience
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with particular emphasis on Adobe Premiere
- Solid experience with After Effects and Photoshop
- Nice to have: Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve
Details
Engagement: Full Time
Expected Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £30 – 35k depending on experience

- Video editing: 3 years (required)
