Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests
- Ensuring an exceptional level of service is maintained at all times
- Ensure the restaurant and bar areas are clean and well presented at all times and assist with cleaning and housekeeping duties as required
- Prepare all back of house service points with regard to expected numbers for breakfast, lunch or dinner requirements as necessary
- Support the kitchen staff as and when required and in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations
- Ensure food orders are correct before serving to guests

- Previous experience as a Bartender
- An understanding of exceptional guest service and exceeding expectations

- Clear communications skills and ability to build a rapport with guests
