The role
We are looking for a passionate and committed Chef de Partie to join our award winning 2 Michelin star Kitchen brigade. Previous high level kitchen experience is essential for this role as you are responsible for supervising a section and the team within that section ensuring that standards are maintained every step of the way. The role also supports the senior chefs as well as supporting job trials and completing stock takes. You will be working in many sections including butchery; private dining and you will have an opportunity to bring creative ideas to dish development.
