The Opportunity
We have a great opportunity to develop into a management role, and be part of the leadership of a great team, in our busy food and beverage department including in our Laura Ashley Tearoom.

The Best Western Signature Collection, Southcrest Manor Hotel, is a 63-bedroom hotel set in its own extensive private grounds in Redditch, with excellent road links to the M42, M40 and M5. The hotel offers a number of meeting facilities with the largest having a capacity of 150, a Laura Ashley tearoom, Laura Ashley designed restaurant and bar and a small spa with Elemis treatment areas.
About the Role
Predominantly operations based, the role will work with and alongside the Food & Beverage Manager, other food and beverage supervisors and team members to ensure every customer receives the best possible experience. We host all types of events and you will be actively involved in planning and running them with support from the F&B Manager.
· Assist in the management of F&B operations to the agreed standards.
· Help lead the F&B team to build a culture of customer service excellence through recruitment, training and development.
· To support in food and beverage rostering and planning and carry out Duty Manager shifts as required.
· Assist with new policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the food and beverage department.
· Lead the way in selling the hotels’ facilities and services, setting an example to all team members
