Job Description
Charles Michie currently have a vacancy for a Coffee Shop Assistant to work in their busy Union Street Coffee Shop.
Full Time Position 8am start time.
(Part time hours negotiable but must work Mon-Fri from 8am and rotational Saturdays)
Duties include:
- Baking Scones daily.
- Preparing for readiness for opening hours and ensure seating areas are cleared before close
- Ensuring high levels of safety and hygiene are maintained and followed at all times
- Prepare and serve hot drinks when requested
- Prepare and serve sandwiches, salads and other snack foods as requested
- Serving customers in a pleasant and courteous manner
- Operating the till
- Clearing tables as and when needed
- Cleaning the kitchen and cafe area in accordance with Health and Safety Regulations
Experience of working in a similar environment is essential.
