Your Mission:
We are recruiting for a HR Systems Administrator to join our Central EMEAR HR Systems team. Working within our HR Specialists team, which operates as a Centre of Excellence across EMEAR, the HR Systems Administrator supports the day to day running of the HR systems, alongside working on projects to introduce new functionality.
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a HR professional with 1-2 years’ experience in a HR Systems environment (ideally Success Factors), who is looking for a role that offers development and training towards a more technical role.
What you will do:
- Gather business requirements and document the outcomes of the decisions
- As part of project team, get involved in the different testing phases to ensure they meet agreed requirements
- Provide guidance and training to support HR Teams across EMEA to make the most of the technology
- Support HRIS projects in preparing project documentation
- Work with the HR Technical team, escalate issues and where needed contact 3rd party companies for support
- Maintain supporting documentation, such as training guides, process notes and workbooks
- Ensure that inaccurate data is flagged to relevant parties
- Adequate data protection controls and security are in place with our suite of HR systems
What we ask for:
- Experience working in an HR Systems environment, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors
- Prior HRIS application process design, development, testing and implementation experience
- Proficient in MS Office 365 applications: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal skills, works collaboratively with teams to build effective working relationships
- Ability to adapt their communication style to reflect the audience
- Attention to detail and process/data driven
