An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional Marketing Officer to develop and drive forward the recruitment and marketing strategy for Fostering Services across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.
What We Are Looking For From You
The successful candidate will need to have qualifications and experience in marketing, campaign planning and delivery, with experience of working across traditional and digital media. They will need to have great communication and engagement skills as they and have responsibility for working with stakeholders to develop strategies that enhance the recruitment of foster carers and the embedding of the national brand, Foster Wales.
This will include preparing, planning and managing the publication of all content in relation to fostering, including creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the benefits of becoming a foster carer across the region as well as coordination of recruitment events.
We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic and positive candidate, who has the necessary skills and experience to further develop the marketing of fostering services across the region.
If successful you will benefit from direction and guidance from the Foster Wales National Marketing Manager and the local Fostering Services, support from other Regional Marketing Officers and the Regional Development Manager for Foster Wales.
