Hatchery Administrator – Ipswich
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday Morning’s (Hours to be discussed) – 4 hours per day, 20 hours per week.
Pay Rate: £10.50 to £11 per hour dependant on experience
Reporting To: Hatchery Manager
Overall aim of the Job: To assist in all aspects of running the hatchery smoothly and efficiently in admin matters.
Main tasks for the role will include the following:- Data entry – Including on Excel.
- Managing hatchery stock and placing orders for products.
- Organising hatchery communications via email and telephone.
- Organisation of the hatchery diary.
- Maintaining and keep up to date staff training records.
- Application of APHA licenses.
To be successful in this role competency in Microsoft programmes including both Excel and Outlook are required.
Own transport for this role is essential.
