An experienced Coffee shop manager, Assistant Manager or barista is required to support the management of our new independent coffee shop.

The House team are looking for someone with a passion for coffee and customer service, in a small local village knowing your customers is key. Station House coffee is a new brand and we need an energetic, friendly and knowledgeable person to join our team. Want your idea's to be listen to? Want to help shape and grow a new business, across multiple sites?
Your duties will include:
- Quick and efficient delivery of hot drinks and our grab & go breakfasts and brunch
- Training employees on drinks preparation and proper use of coffee equipment
- Develop friendly relationships with customers and drive local custom
Requirements and skills
- At least a years barista experience
- Management experience preferable but not essential for the right person
- excellent customer service
- early mornings and flexibility to work with Sunday & Mondays as days off
Who are we?
The Station House Coffee is part of the House group which also includes the Clubhouse in Birkdale and New-Church House in Manchester are looking for someone who will have an interest in training staff and managing multiple sites as our business grows.

Part-time hours: 35 per week
Salary: £10.00-£13.00 per hour
