The Administration Team help the productivity & workflow of our employees at Kwalee, seeking to improve the efficiency & morale of the office. As the Administrative Assistant Apprentice at our UK Headquarters you’ll be working on a wide range of general admin tasks, this will involve assisting in implementing our administrative processes to a high standard.

Brimming with people with a strong sense of responsibility, the administration team helps to optimise the productivity and workflow of their fellow employees at Kwalee. They’re also naturally adaptive and disciplined to address the job’s ad-hoc nature, something we expect of every Administrator that joins us.
What Does The Job Actually Involve?
Procurement and asseting of new office equipment
Setting up equipment and work stations for new employees.
Organising repair or recycling of faulty equipment
Completing food orders for the office and lunches for board meetings
Conducting internal audits of office equipment
Conducting monthly First Aid equipment checks
Setting up meeting rooms for external guests and interviews
Reception and telephone duties
Purchasing and assigning hardware and software to employees
Assisting in the organisation of internal staff events
Sorting through and re-assigning equipment of leavers
Presenting important office & administrative findings to Office Manager and other team members as necessary
Reporting to the Senior Administrator and Office Manager in all relevant matters that affect your job and work
Fully complying with the company’s procedures, processes, strategies and tactics as may be issued from time to time
Completing any ad-hoc tasks which may arise from time to time and be assigned to you by the Office Manager, Director of Operations or COO
