Job Description
Due to seasonal growth, an Accounts Payable Clerk is required to work for an international Production House for the TV & Film industry based in Central London, working 1 day per week in the office for 20 hours per week. This is an opportunity to join a small finance team and work on the finances for interesting up and coming media projects.
Details of the role:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be assisting with the purchase ledger and some month end duties.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing invoices via Quickbooks
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Reviewing the aged creditors and liaising with suppliers on outstanding balances
- Managing the credit card payments and expenses
- Monitoring the AP inbox
- Updating the Finance Manager with cashflow and weekly actuals
- Adhoc reporting
What they are looking for:
The successful candidate will be an experienced purchase ledger professional ideally with experience of Quickbooks. You will also need to be immediately available for work.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
