ABOUT YOU.
- Experience within management.
- Food and Beverage experience at management or supervisor level – Wet led venues score extra points on application.
- Excellent business acumen & financial understanding.
- Experience in building energised and engaged teams.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass targets.
- Willingness to work late nights, weekends and overnight stays.
- A passion for hospitality!
ABOUT THE ROLE.
As Assistant General Manager, you’ll Support the General Manager in leading the venue to deliver world class guest service and maximise income across our games and F&B. The AGM will effectively supervise, direct, and lead the entire 15+ team to ensure guest experience is at the heart of what we do!
RESPONSIBILITIES – WHAT YOU DO.
- Lead, monitor and manage happy and high performing team, to ensure our team remains engaged and in love with what they do.
- Have a handle on all recruitment, onboarding, training, rostering, performance management, brand standard and quality control.
- New Business Development – implementation of each venues marketing plan including up-selling, outreach activities, lead generation and in store experience
- Deliver an immersive and engaging world class hospitality experience.
- Manage all aspects of maintenance, health and safety.
- Exceed your sales targets and smash your EBITDA targets.
