Job Description

We are looking for an Office Administrator for our busy BCA Corby site (Geddington Road B).

This location of a BCA is easily accessible from Kettering, Wellingborough, Northampton, Thrapston, Rushden, Leicester, Peterborough and many more!
Our recruitment process will include phone interview with our Talent Acquisition Specialist. This will be followed with a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager.

Salary: £23,698.99 per annum

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00-17:00

Main purpose of the job:

Within this role, you will be joining a team that provides support to ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations within your division. An ideal candidate for this role will have great administrative and data entry skills, a flexible approach and lots enthusiasm. Within this role, you will be reporting directly to the Office Manager.

Main responsibilities:

  • General office duties such as completing data, uploading files to the internal systems, filling paperwork, responding to telephone and email queries
  • Creating and maintaining records of incoming vehicles and liaising with the site on any vehicles that have been rejected
  • Managing movement schedule and vehicle tracker
  • Dealing with any customer returns for repairs ensuring a quick turnaround
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties will be included

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous administrative experience (essential)
  • Computer literate with experience in using Excel (essential)
  • Strong communicative skills – speaking, reading and writing (essential)
  • Excellent numerical and literacy skills
  • You will be passionate to work within the motor industry and take pride in their work, to the highest standards of work set by customers
  • Excellent attention to detail
