The Delivery Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the appointed MBDA property.
The Delivery Manager has commercial accountability for planning, organising, and directing all site facility services. These include front of house, cleaning, (catering), technical services, accommodation services, project management, administration, safety and environmental advice, security, moves management, grounds maintenance and preparing and controlling client’s budget both variable and fixed.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning, implementing, and managing the delivery of the range of services in line with the agreed scope of service level agreement
- Managing all the ISS team within the account, including recruitment, training and development, overseeing disciplinary procedures, implementing retention strategies and undertaking audits and performance reviews in line with the Behavioural Change Programme
- Managing all non-ISS resources in terms of subcontractors, liaison and negotiation with external contractors on MBDA’s behalf
- Working with several departments within MBDA to achieve benchmarks of environmental cleanliness
- Financial Management – preparing budgets and developing strategies to achieve financial targets for the business to ensure ISS account meets financial targets
- Strike the balance between customer satisfaction and business management, ensuring financial viability and a smooth-running customer service, whilst ensuring all staff work together as a team
- Promote and develop the ISS concept within MBDA to grow the business in terms of revenue and profit
- Sustain Compliance in service specifications and standards ISO 14001,ISO 9001, ISO 50001, SFG 20, Health Safety and Environment, Legislative
