This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced growing department. The ideal candidate will have significant industry experience, within the Electrical sector, and have a high level of drive and enthusiasm which is essential to effectively supporting learners in their journey.
You would be responsible for a caseload of learners participating in Electrical training and contribute to the design and delivery of their learning programmes and assessments, to enable them to successfully achieve their qualifications to include full Apprenticeship standards. The role requires liaising closely with Employers and have a key role in developing learners to achieve their learning goals and inspiring them to overcome barriers.
