The role:
The Director of Estates will be responsible for the management of all aspects of the College’s estate and facility support activities including Health and Safety and the College’s capital programme.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead on, develop and implement the College Estates Strategy.

Long-term comprehensive and integrated physical resource planning for the College, its faculties and departments.

Management of all aspects of the College’s estate and facility support activities including Health and Safety.

Planning and organising of resources in support of key strategic capital projects.
About you:
-
Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline
-
Sound understanding of the legal and financial aspects of major property projects

Experience of working at a management level in a large complex organisation

Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills
