Job Description
We are looking for an experienced book-keeper to join our firm. The successful candidate must have experience using Microsoft excel, word and accounting software such as Sage, Xero, Excel etc.
This role includes the following duties not limited to:
- Perform Bank Reconciliations
- Petty Cash
- Process transactions, prepare and post journals, update ledgers
- Preparing and checking sales invoices
- Management of receivables and payables ensuring healthy cash flow and timely supplier payments
- Assisting with payment and invoice queries with clients and suppliers via emails and phone calls
- General office maintenance
