Job Description

Role: Brand Manager

The Lounge family is growing! We are looking for a Brand Manager to elevate, innovate and push the brand to new heights. You will work with multiple departments, getting your teeth stuck into a wealth of projects and campaigns.

We are looking for somebody who is passionate about experience, connections, and truly understands the power of a strong brand. Someone with big ideas, new concepts and a passion for everything the brand represents that will help Lounge lead the way.

We would like you to join us on this journey and to become a key player in shaping Lounge's future, contributing to our incredible next steps and influencing the brand's continued growth.

What you will do at Lounge:

  • Work closely with the creative team in supporting the ideation phase, always focusing on how this translates across the brand, keeping logistics and budget in mind too.
  • Lead on research and insights analysis for campaigns, understanding our strengths and accelerating them, whilst noticing our weaknesses and finding unique ways to develop.
  • Research brand topics and complete competitor analysis, then be able to present findings and thoughts on how this influences us as a brand.
  • Project manage key campaigns throughout the year, from ideation, to liaising with departments, signing off and communicating plans through to the launch of the campaign.
  • Use organisational and project management tools to effectively communicate and plan campaigns and projects.
  • Be involved in brand events, from pop-ups to customer HQME events
  • Understand the full customer journey and what our audience both wants and expects from us, being able to take a campaign idea and then make it work for the whole brand and connect all the dots with inter-departmental considerations across the board.
  • Help support Senior Execs, Brand Execs and Interns, sharing your brand knowledge and helping them develop in their own roles.
  • Be a smart negotiator and communicator, maintaining relationships with our talent and external partners as you represent the brand.
  • Work with the wider team on organising photoshoots, events and PR; booking talent and locations, handling samples, working on the order of the day and everything that entails.

We would love it if you:

  • Are already obsessed with Lounge, and everything we stand for.
  • Have experience carrying out industry and competitor research, and the know-how to push the boundaries whilst holding onto key values.
  • Have a passion for real experiences, and the confidence to lead on HQ and larger event ideas, researching how to truly connect with our community.
  • Have experience in branding, marketing and/or fashion as part of a module or university degree.
  • Are commercially aware and have clear understanding and experience of working within budgets.
  • Have excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Are a clear communicator, and able to work with multiple departments with ease and passion.
  • Are organised in your way of working and understand how to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Have wider experience and knowledge regarding marketing and PR.
  • Are naturally creative, and well equipped to brainstorm ideas, put forward your opinions and push potential strategies across different platforms such as our website, our social media, and much much more.
  • Hold the brand values close to your heart, and drive the brand forwards with innovative and emotive thinking, whilst remaining bold and current.
  • Have the enthusiasm to build your knowledge and develop professionally.
