A vacancy has arisen for an Assistant Maintenance Operative to provide a maintenance service within commercial buildings across the University Estate. Duties will include carrying routine and scheduled maintenance tasks including assisting our inhouse Plumbers, Electricians, Joiners and Decorators.
Applicants must hold a full driving licence and possess a good working knowledge of maintaining commercial building services and equipment in commercial buildings.
Please be advised that due to the minimum salary thresholds imposed by the UKVI, this post will not qualify for University sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route.
