Fencing Installers required for immediate start
A long-established business in the Malvern and South Worcestershire area. We operate a Fencing, Landscaping /
Grounds Maintenance business based in Powick, we mainly work in domestic locations fencing, but also have a grounds maintenance team looking after sites across Worcestershire. We have seen excellent growth in the last couple of years and now wish to expand the business further with additional fencers.
We are looking for fencing operatives to join our close -knit team. This is a self-employed role, working
Monday to Friday mainly, with occasional work on the Saturday where it has been agreed in advanced, but not necessary. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to add considerable value to the core team who work with our customers & clients.
We start most days from our base at Powick, before heading out. You will work as part of team and the teams will shuffle depending on the needs of the job, we are booked up months in advance and offer a good variety of work to offer.

We are looking for a well presented, punctual, good mannered and respectful colleague with an infectious work ethic.
Displaying a good level of experience and able to deliver a broad range of services, products, and information to the highest quality consistently and to the timeframes. All installations are managed from the office and most of the product is in the Yard or at site. We offer a full range of fencing styles, and we are also approved installers for Jackson
Fencing and Durapost and members of the Guild of Master Craftsman.
List of Key Duties and responsibilities -You will be able to take instruction and discuss any issues clearly. You will make a positive contribution to the team and be prepared to meet all challenges in a positive and constructive manner.
All jobs will be surveyed, and drawings made, so you will not be going into any job without the relevant information to hand.
Materials, Plant and Tools - You will ensure that company property is looked after and respected. As a self- employed fitter, we would expect you to have some of the tools that are personal to you, we will provide larger tools like a nail gun, compressor, spoons, mechanical saws etc.
Health & Safety - You will ensure that you are clear and competent in the tasks that you have been asked to complete, and all works will be completed in accordance with safety policy, risk assessments and method statements.
Quality - You will ensure that all your work is completed to the best possible standard, in accordance with any instructions and specifications you have been given in the job bag that morning.
Travel – we mainly cover Worcester, Bromyard, Droitwich, Pershore, Evesham & Malvern areas, occasionally going further afield to Gloucester & Hereford (note: travel time is paid on the job).
