Job Description
The Account Executive role is vital to ensuring we’re delivering for our clients. You’ll work closely with the Account Managers and our partners, to secure advertising spaces for our Clients, as well as scrutinise partner performance, feeding back to the Account Manager to help steer the Client’s success.
This role comes with full training provided, and no experience is necessary – you’ll need to have an interest in marketing, a keen eye for detail and have a ‘can-do’ approach.
Responsibilities:
- Reaching out to partners to discuss offers from our Clients
- Negotiating and Booking in advertising placements on partner sites for our Clients
- Work to weekly and monthly KPIs
- Supporting the Account Management team in day-to-day operations for their Clients
- Uploading offers into portals and providing weekly communications with affiliate partners
- Liaising with Clients & Technical Support for any technical issues clients face
- Reporting to Clients
- Providing analytic-based reports internally and externally
- Holiday cover for account managers
Essential Key Skills:
- Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Good customer service skills and able to contribute in a team environment
- Accuracy, strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills required
- Willingness to help and learn
- A consistent, reliable, flexible manner and good time keeper
