We have an exciting opportunity for a candidate looking to use their exceptional organisational skills to manage and coordinate high quality operational and administrative support across the breadth of the team, along with professional Executive Assistant (EA) support to the Director of Partnerships and Regional Engagement / Research Services. This role will offer you an excellent opportunity to:
- Assist with leading the team through a period of operational change as Partnerships and Regional Engagement and Research Services come together to form a new department - Research, Partnerships and Innovation.
- Line manage a friendly and collaborative support team.
- Work closely with senior managers and leaders in departmental decision making.
- Develop EA skills in an exciting and supportive environment.

- Confident in exercising your judgement in a range of situations and able to work independently within a framework of guidance.
- Skilled in managing multiple competing demands

- Adaptable, hardworking and forward-thinking in your approach with excellent communication and organisational skills
