Job Description The trust is looking for a outgoing individual who can work either as part of a team or on there own initiate to join the reception staff at our main base Willerby Hill. Good organisational and communication skills are essential to the successful candidate to be able to liaise with a multi-disciplinary team and ensure excellent standards are achieved. This is a part-time post working 8am till 1pm every weekday that would also require you to cover holidays, sickness etc when required. To provide administrative support and reception duties and contribute to the planning and development of the department as a member of the team. To support the Office coordinator with the introduction of new agile working spaces using the trusts software to oversea office space bookings.
