Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, talented, self-motivated and focused individual to join our Executive Business Support Group and provide a first class Executive Assistant service to the Chief Nursing Officer along with other Directors.
You will have significant experience of working as a PA at Executive or Director level and be able to work autonomously providing a full range of high level support, including complex diary management, effective prioritisation and have working experience of supporting meetings and be able to accurately take and transcribe minutes.
Multi-tasking is a daily requirement of this role and you will have a high degree of organisational skills so work is carried out efficiently and deadlines are met. You will recognise the importance of confidentiality and sensitivity of issues and act, at all times, with the utmost discretion. You will understand the importance of teamwork, working with a team of Executive Assistants and colleagues within the Executive Business Support Group to ensure office cover and support is maintained. At present the Executive Assistant Team are working in a flexible hybrid way to provide support to the Executive Office, attending site one / two day per week with home working for the remainder.
