Job Description
We're looking to hire an experienced baker to help in the preparation of the breads, pastries and patisserie. Please note - there will be a requirement to work night shifts.
We are an independent business with complete control over our menu and everything is baked in house. Although you will be based at our Kings Heath shop, we are opening a city centre location early this year called Perch Bakery which will be supplied from Kings Heath, so are looking for the right person that will not only have the experience but the passion and creativity required to help progress our business.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Experience with laminating pastries and sourdough breads would be beneficial but not essential
- Good time management
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, delegate tasks and lead junior staff
