The successful candidate will have a proven track record recruiting for Permanent Finance roles, such as Management Accountant, Financial Controller, and Accounts Assistant. You will be able to evidence how you have built up your client base using a variety of Business Development methods, including using the phone, networking and targeted email campaigns. Hewett Recruitment have an outstanding reputation built up over 40+ years of trading and your BD ability should allow you to leverage this and grow a successful Finance Division.

The salary for this Finance Recruitment Consultant position is £25-35,000, depending on experience, with regular performance-related reviews and a structured career path with specific targets for promotions. With offices in Kidderminster and Worcester and access to co-working spaces in Gloucester and the option to work from home, you could be based anywhere across the West Midlands and the South West.
