About the role
As Senior HR Business Partner you will have the scope to add a significant influence on the way we empower our Managers and support our Colleagues, evolve our processes and policies and continue to advance our HR partnering led approach to the business.
You will be a proactive and solutions orientated Manager, motivating, and developing the HR Team to deliver an efficient and fit for purpose day-to-day operational HR service. The team pride themselves on;

Policy and Process improvement.-

This role will work very closely with the Senior Leadership team and the role reports directly to the Group HR Director, who you will work closely with and deputise for in their absence.
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5.30pm and Friday, 9am to 5pm. The role is based in our stunning Head Office in Ringwood but will require some travel.
About you
The ideal person will hold a recognised HR qualification, ideally having a minimum of CIPD level 5 or equivalent, you will have substantial experience as an HR professional in a growing environment, multi-site company. You will have excellent people leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing a team to improve performance through coaching and mentoring.
You will be able to demonstrate solid employment legislation knowledge and experience of using this to deal with complex employee relations matters and be able to pass this knowledge onto to others to empower their own decision-making process.
Importantly, you will have specific experience of leading on projects to introduce and embed improved ways of working relating to operational processes and procedures. We have recently implemented a new HR system and you will play a key role in further development to maximise its use.
You will have a strong team ethos and believe at putting people at the heart of what you do. It’s important that you have a proven ability to build positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Along with the confidence to challenge, make and implement tough decisions when required.
Finally, you will be pragmatic, hands-on in style and be passionate about HR and what it can offer a commercial business.
