We are currently seeking a professional and engaging Guest Relations Ambassador for our new store opening in Sloane Street to support the sales team to deliver a seamless journey to our clients.
The successful candidate will have considerable experience in a luxury front of house or customer service role where they have a genuine desire to deliver service excellence and create a memorable experience for each customer. This is an exciting time to join our Sloane Street Boutique and the successful candidate will be part of a fabulous new project.
Responsibilities:
- Greet a maximum of customers entering in the boutique and maintain 100% customer recognition of regular customers and VIPs
- Understand customers’ needs and orientate them in the boutique
- Act as an ambassador of the boutique and the brand explaining its organisation, its history, its pieces of art, etc.
- Assist customers with personalised services and respond quickly to all their needs
- Remembering customers' preferences and special needs
- Provide the highest standard of customer service at all times
- Be immaculately dressed and groomed
- Learn the best possible manners for every conceivable situation
- Assist and work closely with the sales team to ensure all customers’ expectations are met
- Demonstrate an ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy
- Carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team
