Job Description
- Identify any key draughting issues or problems within the Drawing Office and inform the Drawing Office Manager.
- Draughting interface and support for UKBU, TMOS, OED or any other client.
- Review and checking of technical drawings to ensure they comply to office procedures.
- Perform other related duties and assignments as requested by the Drawing Office Manager
You are meant for this job if
- Relevant draughting experience
Expected to have good draughting experience of some of the following areas:
- Rigid pipeline installation – stalks, pipelay procedures, associated fabrication and pipelay vessels.
- General Fabrication – welding, bolted connections, machining/tolerances, materials and practical fabrication knowledge.
- Umbilical and Flexible installation – packing, associated fabrication, installation procedures and routing.
- Field layouts and approaches.
- Spool fabrication and metrology.
- Diver access and diving umbilical excursion lengths.
