Job Description
We are currently looking for an apprentice Based in or around the Chelmsford area to work alongside one of carpenters.
At PGM we pride our self on our comprehensive apprenticeship scheme. The apprenticeship lasts 2 years.
This will achieve a Level 2 Diploma, gaining a skilled CSCS card. After the apprenticeship scheme, the newly qualified carpenter gets a further 1 year of guidance from our dedicated apprenticeship team.
As a PGM apprentice, you will attend college 1 day a week and work on-site the other 4 days.
You will work alongside experienced carpenters learning roofing, 1st fix, cladding, 2nd fix, window install, decking & finishing.
Job Type: Apprenticeship
Salary: the first year will be £5.5 an hour and the second year it will go up to the National Minimum Wage
