In our next phase of growth, we are hiring an Architect to join our team. The Architect is the principal creator of inspirational, well-crafted content & session plans to achieve exceptional client outcomes.
The Role:

Work alongside project leads and own key workstreams that deliver outstanding outcomes for the client

Deliver expertise across our offering in the human-led transformation space, including best in class written content, research, event & workshop design, creative stimulus, design management etc.

Owns strong, trusted, relationships client side with an ability to engage senior leaders with credibility

Business geek who understands how big businesses work and the role of culture in driving commercial performance

Expansive thinker with analytical prowess that loves to crack a challenge

Outstanding communicator with excellent written craft

Project management experience
