Do you want to develop and enhance the benefits these special places bring for nature, climate and people? If this appeals to you, working as the first Partnership Manager for the new Landscape, Parks and Trails Partnership will offer you fantastic opportunities to be at the forefront of protected landscape policy and delivery, securing environmental improvements and playing your part in creating a better future for protected landscapes.
You will be hosted by Natural England, working on behalf of National Parks England, National Association for AONBs, National Trails UK and Natural England.
The Government’s consultation in response to the Landscape Review committed to establishing a new partnership to build on the existing collaboration between National Parks England and the National Association for AONBs, complemented by roles for the National Trails and National Parks Partnerships. This partnership will deliver the ambition described in a business plan which will contribute towards the Government’s response to the Landscape Review:

Description
A working knowledge and understanding of England’s Protected Landscapes and National Trails, and their relevance to the 25 Year Environment Plan delivery
Good understanding of the machinery of Government and policy development
Strong financial, business planning and commercial skills
Good knowledge of external grant funding and commercial income growth
Experience of successfully identifying and pursuing funding opportunities across public, private and/or voluntary sectors
