The Package - What you could earn:
- Basic salary negotiable depending on experience
- 5 days a week around normal working hours (08:30 – 17:30)
- Flexible working time can be discussed with management
- For certain periods, flexible working will be required due to seasonal peaks
International Logistics Support - Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with warehouses for EMEA and Australia business
- Help manage international warehouses, including virtual warehouses
- Co-Ordinate inbounds with the production team
- Co-Ordinate inbounds with all international warehouses
- Help maintain relationships with international warehouses
- Co-Ordinate outbounds with international warehouses
- Help manage expectations of the EMEA and AU sales teams with regards to inbounds (stock availability) and outbounds
- Maintaining internal systems’ accuracy with uploading of POD’s for audit purposes
- Help manage returns in accordance with company rules and working with the finance team
- Ensure customers’ requests and manuals are adhered to
- Ensure the warehouses are provided with accurate information on deliveries, including packing lists, PO information (EU bonded), manuals and shipping instructions
- Co-Ordinate with the CS team on pick tickets
The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience working for an apparel company an advantage
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Ability to work within a team
- Good communication skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Self motivated
- Strong organisational skills
