Vacancy Summary
Job Title: Learning Programmes Manager
Salary: £33,500 to £38,000 per annum
Location: Chilcomb Winchester with travel across the county
Hours: Full time
Type of Contract: Permanent
Are you passionate about providing inspiring learning opportunities?
In this newly created role, you’ll have the opportunity to create and develop an inspiring learning programme for HCT. Your programme will be delivered by learning facilitators, tutors, actors and our front of house staff across our different sites.
You’ll need to think outside of the box, as we are not looking for a standard formal schools’ programme, we want to develop a high quality and varied offer that will appeal to people of all ages, from school children to adults. Our goal is to reach and inspire new audiences, engaging them with HCT.
A bit about you
You’ll have experience of developing, leading and implementing education and learning strategies. You’ll be passionate about the impact the cultural sector can have on the learning needs of our community and you will understand how to create and deliver a commercially viable programme. You’ll be energetic, creative, highly organised and self-motivated. If you are passionate about changing lives through culture and providing high quality learning opportunities, then this could be the role for you.
